Mom, Dad and kids with their lovely spouses			On Sunday the 20th of January, 2002 we celebrated George Robert Summers and Dorothy Irene (Baker) Summers 60th wedding anniversary (actual date is 01/21/02).   Barbara Jean (McIntire), Dale Richard, Carl Dean, Emily Sue (Verenski), Glenn Lee, Warren Robert, Roger Eugene and Pamela Ann Summers, the surviving children and their families, were present.  There were well over 100 people in attendance to honor this joyous occasion. Family photos were the first order of business. After many takes and retakes the photographer finally was satisfied and let us go. A dinner meal was served by my new wife Kathy consisting of roast beef, roast pork loin, mashed potatoes with brown gravy, green beans, corn, salad with Italian Vinegar dressing and homemade bread. After dinner everyone visited with Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.  Many of us had not seen each other for several years.  A great time was had by everyone and we are looking forward to the 70th in 2012.
